Third Tree Timber’s premium water buffalo hide leather belts are available in a variety of lengths and colors and are custom cut to the specifications provided to us by our customers.

It is extremely important to provide accurate measurements to ensure the proper fit as each belt is handcrafted and cut to fit a custom size. If there is any confusion with the sizing, please give us a call or send a message. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct size based on the belt sizing guidelines and their measurements. Since all belts are custom cut, they are non-refundable.

Rather than providing your pant size, please use the guidelines below to measure more accurately.

METHODS OF MEASURING:

Measure Using a Well-Fitting Belt you Already Own

The best way to measure is using a belt already owned that fits well. Measure the correct-fitting belt, while not curved or stretched out. If the belt is too curved, you will not get an accurate measurement.

Lay the belt on a clean, flat surface.
Start at the end of the belt (NOT INCLUDING BUCKLE) and measure the distance to the hole you currently use.

NOTE: Belts are measured in inches and you should round up to the nearest inch.

Measure Your Waist Using a Cloth String or Fabric Measuring Tape

Begin by threading a cloth tape measure through the belt loops of your jeans. Stand in a relaxed, natural position while measuring - do not adjust or push your stomach abnormally in or out, as this is important in measuring accurately.
Measure in inches and round to the nearest inch. The tape should be snug to get an accurate measurement.

In the absence of a fabric measuring tape, simply use a piece of string and mark the spot using the measuring method for a cloth tape. Lay the string on a flat surface alongside a measuring tape and measure in inches, rounding to the nearest inch.

Either of the TWO methods above can ensure an accurate belt size. Please provide your belt size to us in the checkout process.

It is extremely important to use one of the methods above as our belts are CUSTOM cut every time and are nonrefundable. Pant sizes can vary based on brand and style, so we DO NOT rely on the “pant size plus two inch” rule. Please do not purchase a TTT belt without understanding and acknowledging this information.
